Job Description and Responsibilities

EVRAZ North America is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at our Headquarters in downtown Chicago, IL. This individual will be responsible for recruiting entry level to experienced managers and directors for our various U.S locations. The Senior Recruiter will manage the full life cycle recruiting process which includes managing both Hiring Manager and candidate relationships, strategic sourcing, cold calling, and offer negotiations. + Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates

+ Build a business partner relationship with both HR and Hiring Managers

+ Utilize various recruiting techniques such as cold calling, social media, associations, and niche sites to identify and recruit top talent into the organization

+ Thoroughly screen and present candidates with the necessary knowledge and experience in relation to position requirements

+ Manage and coordinate candidate communication and interview scheduling

+ Negotiate and extend offers of employment

+ Coordinate pre-employment activities with Human Resource Generalists

Job Requirements


+ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required

+ Minimum 3 years' manufacturing recruiting experience

+ Minimum 5 years' high-volume, technical recruiting/remote location recruiting experience

+ Must have experience with cold calling and social media recruiting

+ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Must be proficient in MS Office Suite

+ Agency and corporate recruiting experience are strongly preferred
